Test User Cleanup: Why and How

We delete test users on production to keep the system clean. Here's exactly how it works.

Test User Cleanup: Why and How

We've implemented test user deletion to maintain system integrity.

Why This Matters

Testing on production requires real data. Test accounts earn rewards and create referrals. Without proper cleanup, these artifacts pollute the system.

Key point: Only test accounts are deleted. Real users remain unless they request removal (GDPR compliance).

The Process

When deleting a test user:

  1. Reward Reversals: Mining multipliers and bonuses earned from test referrals are reversed via negative transactions
  2. Complete Cleanup: Test user data and transactions are removed
  3. Audit Documentation: Each reversal generates SHA-256 verified audit files
  4. Tier Adjustment: Next real referral fills the highest available tier slot

Transparency

Visit our Off-Chain Explorer to see reversal transactions marked as "REFERRAL REVERSAL" with complete audit documentation.

Every action is visible. Every change is tracked.

Why We Share This

Most platforms keep their testing processes private. We choose transparency.

You should know how we:

  • Maintain data integrity
  • Handle reward adjustments
  • Keep the system clean

It's not exciting news, but it's honest communication.
