Dorsium does not guarantee continuous availability of its services. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Risk Warning
Participation in the Dorsium platform involves risks, including but not limited to market volatility, regulatory changes, and potential technical vulnerabilities. The DORS token is a utility token providing network access and does not constitute a security, investment product, or financial instrument. Users should not expect profits or financial returns from holding or using DORS tokens.
9.1 dPOINT System
dPOINT is a non-transferable, off-chain point system used during the pre-mainnet phase.
dPOINT:
- Has NO monetary value
- Cannot be traded, sold, or transferred
- Is used solely for tracking network participation
- Converts to DORS utility tokens at mainnet launch (1:1 ratio)
dPOINT is NOT a cryptocurrency, token, or financial instrument. It is an internal accounting mechanism for the pre-mainnet period.
IMPORTANT: Accumulated dPOINT does not represent an investment or guarantee future value. DORS tokens received after mainnet launch are utility tokens providing network access only.
